Xcoins Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter 

The promoter of this giveaway is Xcoins.com, with its registered office located in Malta. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
  2. Entrants must be residents of regions where Xcoins operates, including the US and EU.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on September 18th, 2024, and ends on October 1st, 2024.

The winner will be announced on October 1st, 2024, via Xcoins’ Instagram account.

4. How to Enter 

Participants can enter the giveaway by completing the following actions on Xcoins’ official Instagram account (@xcoinsofficial):

  • Follow @xcoinsofficial on Instagram.
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Tag 2 friends in the comments.

For additional chances to increase the prize amount (reloading the prize):

1. Share the giveaway post in your Instagram story, tagging @xcoinsofficial.

2. Purchase any crypto via Xcoins during the campaign period.

5. Prizes

There is one prize that can be increased according to the actions taken by the contestant:

  • 250 USD in BTC: Awarded to a participant who follows @xcoinsofficial, likes the post, and tags 2 friends in the comments.
  • 300 USD in BTC: The prize increases to 300 USD if the participant shares the giveaway post in their Instagram story and tags @xcoinsofficial.
  • 500 USD in BTC: The prize increases to 500 USD if the participant completes the above actions and purchases any crypto through Xcoins during the campaign period.

The prize will be delivered as a coupon to use on Xcoins. It can be awarded in an alternative cryptocurrency (ETH, XRP, USDT, TRON, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin) if the winner prefers.

6. Winner Selection

  • There will be only one winner, selected randomly from eligible participants who meet the entry requirements.
  • The winner will be announced on October 1st or 2nd, 2024, or when we can contact the winner, on Xcoins’ Instagram account.
  • The winner will be contacted through their Instagram account. If the winner doesn’t answer in 48 hours, we will need to make the raffle again to select another winner.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be delivered as a coupon to use on Xcoins, which can be redeemed within the platform.
  • The coupon will be sent after the winner confirming its details with Xcoins.
  • If there is no coupon option, the prize will be sent via xcoins, provided the winner has or creates a verified account.

8. General Conditions

  • Xcoins reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Xcoins reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Xcoins will not be held responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other issues beyond its control.
  • Xcoins will not be responsible for any taxes or additional costs incurred by the winner related to the prize.
