Xcoins X Prize Draw –  Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The giveaway is open to all Xcoins clients who meet the participation requirements. Participants must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. To be eligible to win the prize, participants must both like the campaign video and complete a qualifying crypto purchase on Xcoins during the promotional period.

 

  1. Promotional Period:
    • The giveaway begins on Monday, October 14th, 2024, and ends on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC).

 

  1. How to Participate:
    • Automatic Entry: A “like” on the campaign video posted by @XcoinsOfficial on Twitter will automatically grant one entry into the giveaway. However, eligibility to win requires that participants also complete a qualifying purchase on Xcoins during the promotional period.
    • Bonus Entries: Participants who make a crypto purchase on Xcoins during the promotional period will increase their chances to win. Each qualifying purchase adds 1 additional entry to the participant’s total, meaning the more purchases made, the higher the chances of winning..
    • Retweet Bonus: Retweeting the campaign video will earn an extra 5% bonus in crypto if the participant wins.

 

  1. Prize Details:
    • The prize will consist of doubling the winner’s crypto purchase made during the promotional period, up to a maximum of $500. Only participants who have both liked the video and made a qualifying purchase on Xcoins during the promotional period are eligible to win.
    • The 5% bonus in crypto will be added to the prize if the winning participant retweeted the campaign video.

 

  1. Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be selected randomly from the total number of entries, including automatic and bonus entries.
    • Xcoins will review the list of likes to determine the pool of participants.
    • Before officially declaring the winner, Xcoins will verify that the selected participant made a qualifying purchase during the promotional period. If the selected participant did not meet the purchase requirement, an alternate winner will be chosen.

 

  1. Winner Notification:
    • The winner will be contacted via direct message on Twitter. They must provide the email associated with their Xcoins account to verify their purchase.
    • If the winner does not respond within 2 days of the notification, Xcoins reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

  1. General Conditions:
    • By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Xcoins, which are final and binding in all respects. Participants acknowledge that liking the video is an initial entry step but that a qualifying purchase is required for prize eligibility.
    • Xcoins reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated the terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent activity.
