How to delete your account

*This is valid for both ios and android versions.

Note: Deleting your account is irreversible, this action can’t be reversed even if you delete your account by accident.

You can delete your account from within Xcoins APP. You’ll need to be logged into the account you wish to delete.
As a reminder, Xcoins can’t restore or transfer funds, documents, media files, backups, or call history from deleted accounts.

To delete your account:

1. Open Xcoins App2. Tap Three dashes on the right upper corner > Account Settings> Delete Account

3. Read the explanation
4. Tap Confirm.
   
   Alternative way to delete your account:
   
   You can chat with Customer Support Team through chat icon on the right bottom corner
   
   1. Open Xcoins App

2. Tap the chat icon on the right bottom 

3. Explain your request in the message
4. Click send
5. Customer Support Team will assist you with your request.
   
   Deleting your account will:
   – Block any future attempts to access to the deleted account
   – We may also keep your information for things like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.
   – Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
