You may have noticed recently when you use your card online that you are requested to enter an additional password or pin via a popup. Some card providers have simplified this process and prompt you instead to accept transactions via their mobile app.

What to do if it failed?

On rare occasions when 3D authentication fails and you receive an error message, you should check that you entered the right password. If you are unable to remember your password, you should contact your bank.
