Why can’t I access my brand new account?

When you sign up with Xcoins, you need to activate your account. You do this by verifying your email address. Click on the link in the email you received to activate your Xcoins account.

If you cannot find your email, please check your spam folder. If it’s there, don’t forget to add Xcoins to your safe sender list, so all new emails go straight into your inbox.
